This documentation page describes the actions that different Workstream user roles can complete. User roles in Workstream are based on the roles that are assigned to users in Acquia DAM Classic.
Admin: Users with this role can view, edit, create, and remove projects, tasks, and assets in Workstream.
Contributors: Users with this role can be assigned to a specific task as an assignee, watcher, or project sponsor. Although they cannot create new projects, they can move tasks into existing projects. Contributor visibility into projects and tasks is based on what they are actively added to, and they cannot view a task or project until they are added as an assignee or watcher.
Note
User roles are assigned in Acquia DAM Classic. For more information about roles, see Managing users and groups.
