Personalization service July 27, 2020 through July 31, 2020¶

• Feature Personalization allows you to merge all single-rule campaigns into one mixed campaign.
• Change By default, Personalization now uses the AWS US-East-1 region, if the Decision API URL is blank.
• Fix While creating a rule in Experience Builder and adding a slot, content appeared as Untitled if the user returns to the same slot in the same Experience Builder session.
• Fix Customers with Lift 3 license could not access the Sites tab in the left navigation pane.

• Feature Acquia Lift now includes URL navigation enabling users to move to where they want to be or to click Home to return to their application’s home page.
• Feature The Sites management user interface is now located on the Sites page in the Personalize tab.
• Feature Acquia Lift introduces a new way to select a parent element when creating a slot.
• Change Users can now manage sites from the Personalize tab instead of from the Configure tab.
• Fix A/B Campaign Analytics didn’t display accurately for Mixed Campaigns.

Personalization 1.116 - March 24, 2020¶

• Change The A/B Test Campaign detail report now uses AB Variation Name instead of AB Variation ID. If a Personalization user edits a variation name for an existing A/B Test Campaign, the new AB Variation Name will display the following day.
• Change In the Analytics Explore section, updates were made to the Explore section for standard reports.

Personalization 1.115 - March 10, 2020¶

Changes were made to the Personalization service which should not affect users’ experience with the product.

Personalization service - February 22, 2020 through March 9, 2020¶

• Change Campaign rules now have a delete button on the rule in the Personalization administrative interface.
• Change On the Campaign Details page, the Archive and Delete buttons are now combined and display in the upper-right side of the Personalization user interface.
• Fix Users who updated from Personalization 3 and did not have unique CSS selectors for their slots were unable to use those selectors.
• Fix The Personalization service was updated to correct intermittent slowdowns and connection issues.
• Fix Internet Explorer 11 threw an Invalid argument error when users attempted to create a Custom Event.
• Fix Campaign analytics detail pages incorrectly displayed clickthroughs and goals.
• Fix Content Hub users using filters experienced a problem with Campaigns locking and becoming unable to be edited if the filter was deleted. When an error occurs while obtaining a filter, the filter will be removed from the campaign.

Personalization service - January 12, 2020 through February 22, 2020¶

• Feature A date and time stamp now displays on the Campaign Details page to reflect when campaign data last updated.
• Change On the Campaign list page, in the List tab, filters were added for campaign status and campaign type.
• Change Typing within a filter searches for matching items.
• Change A delete button was added to rules in a slot when editing campaigns.
• Fix Cookie tracking headers were updated to work with Chromium-based browsers.

Personalization 1.114 - February 25, 2020¶

• Change Illogical filters on various reports were updated or removed.

Personalization 1.113 - February 11, 2020¶

• Change The bulk file importer supports the .tar.gz format.
• Fix Averages for engagement scores on the trend dashboard weren’t intuitive.

Personalization 1.112 - January 28, 2020¶

• Fix The measurement Event Engagement Score Average returned integers instead of decimal values.
• Fix Campaign reports displayed all campaign types.
• Fix Some Personalization users who browsed the internet with older web browsers wouldn’t have their actions sent in captures to the Personalization service.

• Change This release of the Personalization service includes various analytics, stability, and performance improvements.
• Fix Several issues were resolved for Capture API and the Marketo connector.

Personalization service - January 5, 2020 through January 11, 2020¶

• Change The Prioritize Rules tab is unavailable if the campaign has no personalization rules defined.
• Change Minor changes were made to the user interface.
• Change The layout of the content displays in the Recommendation Filter details.
• Fix Confirmation messages didn’t display properly for some Drupal configurations.
• Fix The Campaign Analytics page layout was updated.
• Fix Slots were handled incorrectly when an invalid CSS selector was used.
• Fix Various Redshift errors were corrected.
• Fix Deselecting slots doesn’t cause a popup.
• Fix The layout selection menu moved to the lower bar.
