Updating passwords

End-of-Sale notice!

Acquia announces the end-of-sale for Acquia Personalization effective July 1, 2024. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support. If you are interested in experimentation and optimization, contact Acquia Sales Team to get information about Acquia Convert powered by VWO.

Users with access to Profile Manager can update their own passwords. If you want to reset passwords for users within your account, you can access the Users tab. For more information, see Resetting user passwords.

To update your password:

  1. Sign in to Personalization and click the Configure tab.
  2. Click the Change Password link.
  3. In the Old password field, enter your existing password.
  4. In the New password field, enter the new password that you want to use.
  5. In the Confirm password field, enter the same value that you specified in the New password field.
  6. (Optional) if you want to view the specified password, click the Show password checkbox.
  7. Click Save to save the password.
