Export files from Personalization

Personalization users may bulk export user data to use it in other systems or perform analysis. Use the Personalization file import reference to understand the file contents.

To export data:

1. Sign in to Personalization as an administrator, and then click the Configure tab.
2. Click the Export link.
3. Use the following fields to search for a file:
   • File name: Search for the file name.
   • Status: Select a file status.
   • From and To: Set dates to limit the file data.
4. Click Search.
5. Click Export data.
